At Little Dove Consulting PLLC, we believe that accessing compassionate, expert mental health care should be simple, flexible, and tailored to your family’s needs. That’s why we offer two straightforward payment models designed to support a variety of circumstances.


On this page, you’ll find a clear breakdown of how each option works, including our partnership with Thrizer to help you navigate out-of-network insurance reimbursement with ease. No matter which path you choose, our goal is to make high-quality virtual psychotherapy and psychology services accessible and stress-free.

Option 1: Fee-For-Service Model

Pay As You Go!

For a Session With a Licensed Psychological Associate: 

$150 per session

For a Session With a Licensed Psychological Associate: 

$200 per session

To support our patients, Little Dove Consulting has partnered with an insurance reimbursement company (Thrizer) to help patients quickly and easily learn whether they can use any out-of-network insurance benefits for Little Dove services. Even though Little Dove Consulting does not accept insurance, some insurance companies will reimburse you directly for appointment fees.


By partnering with Thrizer, Little Dove Consulting can verify your out-of-network benefits as well as provide support for submitting for reimbursement. Little Dove Consulting is happy to verify your benefits free of charge at any time.

Option 2: Membership Model

Bronze Plan

Pay in advance for five sessions for one identified patient. Then you get the sixth session free. (Buy five, get one free)


  • For sessions with a licensed psychological associate: Six sessions for $750
  • For sessions with a licensed psychologist: Six sessions for $1,000

Silver Plan

Pay in advance for eight sessions that can be split between multiple family members, then you get the ninth session free. (Buy eight, get one free)


  • For sessions with a licensed psychological associate: Nine sessions for $1,200
  • For sessions with a licensed psychologist: Nine sessions for $1,600

Gold Plan

Pay in advance for 18 sessions that can be split between multiple family members. Then you get the 19th and 20th session free. (Buy 18, get two free, available to multiple family members)


  • For sessions with a licensed psychological associate: 20 sessions for $2,700
  • For sessions with a licensed psychologist: 20 sessions for $3,600
