Jennifer Marshall MPH, RN, RRT, CCRC has over 20 years of experience working in pediatric health systems. She has authored over 20 research manuscripts, has authored numerous grants, and has given presentations throughout the United States related to her work. She is very passionate about the welfare of children and is highly motivated to assist in this pursuit however she can. She is very experienced with protocol development and implementation as well as project management and data analyses. Jennifer lives in Kansas City with her husband and son, as well as their three wild and fun dogs.

Past Engagements

  • Increased Clinical Effectiveness

    Following a 12 week engagement, a large mental health system increased clinical effectiveness by 17% and decreased time wasted by 13%

  • Suicide Re-Attempt Rate Decreased

    As a result of a 16 week engagement, a pilot for a suicide prevention was implemented that is projected to decrease suicide re-attempts by 45% over the course of a year.

  • Cost Avoidance

    Professional development series to implement evidence-based behavioral health care within primary care was both tailored to the unique learning needs of the clinics and saved over $26k in comparison to general/non-tailored marketed presentations 

  • New Service Line Generation

    Following a 15 week engagement, an internal revenue stream was generated through the development of a new service line that is projected to bring in an additional $26k in revenue for the first year and exponentially increase in subsequent years

  • Decrease Patient Wait-List

    Productivity model developed to decrease patient wait-list is projected to help health system exceed accrediting organization's threshold scores for accessibility by 50%

  • Cost Savings

    Clinical protocol implementation and training series saved hospital over $23k and provided added value given integration of protocol within electronic medical record
